Pastor  Lawrence Fonki is the current Resident Pastor of Winners Chapel International, Charlotte.

“The hour has come to liberate the world from all oppressions of the devil through the preaching of the word of faith, and I am sending you to undertake this task.”

This Mandate like wildfire has spread around the world including the United States and especially the state of North Carolina. We have witnessed and still witnessing the state of North Carolina yielding to the Liberation Mandate.
